Terms
Project work begins only after scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in writing.
Scope
Each engagement is governed by an agreed scope. New features or revisions outside scope may require a separate estimate.
Payments
Invoices, deposits, milestones, and final balances are defined per project. Deliverables may be withheld until payment obligations are met.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely feedback, required content, access credentials, and approvals needed to keep the project moving.
